There’s an interesting post at Publishing 2.0 about the business models surrounding Web 2.0 and in particular, the hype over user-generated content.
This reminds me of a comment that another of my favorite cynics, Seth Finklestein, deposited on my post about “user-generated contentâ€:
For “User-generated contentâ€, I’m partial to the term “Unpaid freelancersâ€. The latter seems to capture what many people really mean when they say the former.
