Off sick

Thanks to a heavy cold that meant virtually no sleep last night, I’m utterly incapable of functioning today. So I’m taking a sickie.
Colds are rubbish. You’re not ill enough to get any sympathy but you’re not well enough to do anything vaguely intelligent.

    So much for a sickie. Took some anti-cold pills, forgot they included caffeine and ended up doing a night shift.

    I think *everyone* in Scotland has/had/going-to-get this cold.

    Best thing I found was just to keep working..

    ..didn’t make me feel better, but I could ‘spread’ my pain ;-)
