According to TechCrunch, a new site aims to bring the Digg effect to email forwards:

Just what the world needs: more unfunny crap for the comedically challenged to infest our inboxes with. As Denis Leary (reportedly) put it:

Show a little intelligence and think about what you’re actually contributing to by sending out forwards. Chances are it’s your own unpopularity.
