Drives me mad … I don’t mind those that remind you once every week, but every visit is just overkill and puts me off their site.

Never happened to me… but then I don’t suckle at the Apple iNipple and the browser user agent string on my tablets and phones are all set to look like a desktop. Epic win.

I get it on Android all the time. Especially forums. Doesn’t seem to make a difference if it’s set to desktop.

Hmmm – what useragent is it passing? Mine looks for all the world like “vanilla” desktop Chrome 11.0 on Linux and that tallies with the site I get back.
